The Smeg SY4110BL ‘Symphony’ is an impressive and versatile dual fuel 4 cavity cooker with gas hob and warming zone in a glossy black finish. Its main electric oven (capacity 51L) has 8 functions including fan and defrost, fan-assisted variable grill and fan/grill roasting, with a triple glazed door and removable, catalytic stay clean liners. The second cavity (capacity 57L) is a conventional (or static) electric oven with 4 functions, while the grill compartment boasts a fully variable electric grill with 2.7kW element. The gas hob has 6 burners, heavy-duty pan supports, automatic ignition and flame-failure safety cut-out. There’s also a dedicated 130ºC warming zone that prevents your culinary creations from going cold when you’re throwing a dinner party or have the family over. With programmer/timer function. 45 amp power supply required. Adaptable for LPG. Part of the ‘Symphony range’ of quality cookers, combining versatile streamlined hob tops with chunky steel shoulder panels.
