Justin Capp began training as a professional chef in 1995, developing a taste and enthusiasm for home grown, authentic ingredients. With a keen eye for desgn, Justin has collaborated with Creative Tops to create a range of cookware for everyday use. He is especially keen on Mediterranean style cooking and with this in mind has included a recipe booklet with his Tajines to encourage us all to go a little continental!
