Mauviel M'Heritage Copper and Stainless Steel Rondeau, 28cm

This extremely durable, lidded rondeau features a bilaminated copper and stainless steel construction, with 90% to 10% composition, respectively. Appointed with cast iron handles for maximum strength and ease of use, the 2.5mm copper exterior offers supreme heat distribution and utmost control. The interior ply of 18/10 stainless steel preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of food while also being very easy to clean, with no re-tinning required. The M'Heritage series rondeaus are oven safe and can be used with gas, halogen and electric stovetops. It is even possible to use them with induction hobs when combined with an interface disc (sold separately)
