Swift Chichester Spiked Carving Dish

Carving dish, spiked, stainless steel. Made from 18/8 stainless steel with an attractive brushed satin finish. 1cm spikes holds the meat firmly in place while rim around the outside collects all the juices you can use in gravy.
Manufactured in the UK for nearly 50 years (originally patented in 1962).
