The unique Thermolon coating is made with minerals instead of plastics and offers excellent heat distribution and cooking control. The absence of PTFE from this non-stick surface not only means that no harmful chemicals are emitted into the environment if the pan is accidentally overheated, but also enables the products to be manufactured with 60% less CO2 emitted. These premium cookware products are made from previously used iron that is upcycled to minimise any detriment to the environment, while even the card used in the packaging is made from recycled, post-user paper in a bleach free process. The heavy gauge cast iron construction and Thermolon™ interior provide stability on the hob with perfect heat distribution, allowing even cooking and excellent browning, without the risk of any hot spots
