Ceramic Knife SharpenerA superbly-made ceramic knife sharpener from Robert Welch. We recommend that it's used with the Robert Welch Signature Knife range as tests have shown the wheel profile to be ideal for sharpening the range. Sharpening simply involves drawing a knife through the slot towards you&pipe; whilst avoiding any downwards pressure. Just repeat the 'draw' 6-8 times on a knife for a well-honed edge.
