The Cannon C60DPC dual fuel cooker – part of Cannon’s Professional range – is designed for demanding cooks, wanting the ultimate in style, functionality and quality. The main fan oven features 8 cooking options – the Precision Cooking System – which tailors the heat source, distribution and intensity to the type of food you’re cooking. Along with the standard and fan settings, there are options for bread, cakes, rising, roast meats, poultry and fish, to help you make the most of your cooking. The smaller oven contains a powerful Solarplus grill that’s ready to go in just 15 seconds and an easy-glide grill pan, for quick access. The hob has automatic ignition, offering flexibility with four burner sizes (including a powerful 4.1KW wok ring) and features extremely robust cast iron pan holders. The oven is finished in cream, with a black enamel hob and satin gold controls and handles, and comes complete with a heavy-duty enamelled roasting dish and deep grill pan. With flame failure safety cut off for complete peace of mind. All gas appliances must be installed by a GasSafe registered engineer. Please note that connection hoses are not supplied with gas cookers for this reason
